All of our seals are 100% hermetically sealed and capable of passing a helium leak rate of 1x10(-8). Our seal products are made from 300 series stainless steel, Kovar, Inconel, Rodar and steel. Our pins are made from 300 series stainless steel, Kovar, and iron nickel alloy (52 alloy). | ||
